Estes executes these principles by acting as an Advocate for the client from the beginning of the design process through occupancy. We anticipate client's needs and challenges and offer practical cost-saving solutions.

We advocate for our employees, anticipating their needs and providing career planning as well as organizational development. Estes also supports activities to enhance communication and a family atmosphere among our team, including Social Committee activities, staff meetings and much more.

Estes takes its role as corporate citizen very seriously. Our employees perform volunteer services for our community, and we also support many charity organizations with financial sponsorships
