The Estes reputation has been built on high standards, satisfied customers and continuous improvement and training. In 1970, Jim and Lori Estes founded the company that began with the construction of high-end custom homes and small commercial buildings, almost all of which were design-build projects. Estes teamed with architects to work with clients long before the design-build process was popular in mainstream construction.

In the 2000's, while the construction industry struggled with declining project opportunities and owners became reluctant to fund capital improvements, Estes focused on becoming a client advocate. After we asked our clients what they wanted most in a construction company, they answered "An advocate." Because we act as an advocate, we keep the best interest of the client from concept to completion.
