Iowa Association of School Boards Selects Estes as a Preferred Provider of Construction Services

The Iowa Association of School Boards (IASB) has endorsed Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) as the preferred method of providing feasibility studies and construction services to the school districts in lieu of the traditional "Design-Bid-Build" method of construction design and administration. The IASB has selected Estes Construction as the First Preferred Provider of IPD to assist school districts in accessing the statewide penny tax funds and relieve districts of the burden of navigating the complexities of developing a project. The IPD approach will assure high quality learning environments, lower operating costs, and better value for school district construction dollars.
