Estes Forward Initiative

Estes has began a new initiative titled Estes Forward. It captures the essence of what Estes will become in the future. It is defined by a revised mission statement and a new vision statement. They are:
Mission:
To be the preferred builder and the employer of choice, while sustaining best in class performance.
Vision:
To be recognized by our clients, community and employees for our advocacy, leadership, value and responsiveness.
There are five initial initiatives that will be the focus over the next year or two. They are:
Advance the Estes Brand
Improve our Processes
Excel in Integrated Project Delivery
Become "Greener"
Leverage Labor Relationships
