Presently, we are the general contractor for a new 120-bed skilled nursing facility with over 58,000 square feet of space located within Terrace Park of Davenport. This is the third project that Estes Construction has constructed for HCR Manorcare. Past projects include Manorcare of West Des Moines and Heartland Healthcare located in Moline, exceeding $17,000,000 and over 124,000 square feet of healthcare space.
