Utilizing Design/Build Delivery, the Estes team assumes total responsibility for all aspects of the project, thereby providing a single point of responsibility and accountability. Integrated design, construction planning and an accelerated schedule, with the potential for rapid completion, are hallmarks of this delivery method.

Our design/build approach allows the owner to work with Estes as Construction Manager under a single contract. As a consequence, the owner leads a team of industry professionals that has been assembled specifically to meet the client's distinct needs and the project's unique characteristics.
