For our Clients, Estes Construction does more than just construct your building. We encourage you to compare our unique approach to the process at other construction companies.

On behalf of our clients, we start work with architects, engineers and other planners during the conceptual stage of the project. This allows us an opportunity to develop ideas for budget preparation, early schematic design and construction schedule with the architect, securing permits and site planning. We continue as the client's advocate through construction, move-in and warranty period.
